Patron Admission Protocol:

Doors on Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street will be open for entry one hour prior to each of the two (2) sessions. Doors will open at 5:00pm for the evening session

There will be a security screening that includes:

1. Walk-through magnetometers and/or Wands

2. Bags will be prohibited with the exception of medical needs or diaper bag accompanying an infant or a small clutch or zipped wallets (no larger than 6"x9"x1.5")---all subject to search in touchless manner via x-ray screening/imaging

Tickets:

Only digital tickets are sold (without a "print-at-home option"). Ticket scanning will be contactless; fans will be required to scan their barcoded ticket directly from their mobile device at the ticketing kiosk.

All seats are reserved and there will be no pass-outs at half-time or between games.

Children under the age of 24 months are not required to have a ticket, but also will not have a designated seat.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a Cashless Venue, plan accordingly.

The following items are RESTRICTED: flags, banners, placards, posters, artificial noisemakers, thunder sticks, instruments, weapons of any kind, outside food or drinks, laser pens, items on a pole or stick, or any other item deemed unacceptable by the event/building management.
